About CarePriceFinder

CarePriceFinder is an independent price-transparency project. Hospitals are now required to publish what they charge, but those files are large and hard to read. We collect them, clean them, and turn them into clear, sourced, comparable prices — so people can see what care is likely to cost, especially when paying out of pocket.

What we are — and aren't

We are a neutral data service. We are not a hospital, clinic, doctor, or insurer, and we are not affiliated with the hospitals we list. We do not provide medical advice, recommend providers, or tell anyone whether to get a procedure. We publish prices and neutral factual context only.

How we make money

The site is supported by display advertising. Advertising never influences the prices we show, which hospitals we include, or how they're ranked — those come only from the source data and our published methodology.
